The thesis concerns the organization of production on a specific place, time and space, performance, οφηλία. This project attempts a new approach to the outdoor public space of British Cooks at the Old Fortress of Corfu, focusing on the notion that any space is potentially schematic. The central thematic axis in the narrative of the project is the Shakespearean Ophelia in light of her age, her role as wife and manic depression, which she is accepted to bear for the needs of the project. Searching for the multiple and pulsating realities of a manic- depressive woman in a transient state, such as Shakespeare's Ophilia, this work explores the ways in which the difference in place and time affects the design of transition between onstage and offstage, between the performer and the viewer, between dance theater and reality. Important to this project is the coexistence of a plethora of aesthetic forms and genres that manifest the performance event: theater, dance, performance, digital three-dimensional video projection, interactive set- ups and audiovisual walks of viewers for the project's experience. The aim of οφηλία is to present the course of the existence of the Shakespearean heroine, Ophilia, and the comparison of her to any other woman of the same or different age. The performance aims to connect the predetermined path of the viewer in the space with the notional essence of the work, in order to transmit the central idea of the performance through experience.

Το έργο "Wind"είναι γραμμένο για 24 εκτελεστές {2 φλάουτα, 2 όμποε, 1 κλαρινέτο σε Eb, 2 κλαρινέτα σε Bb, 2 μπάσα κλαρινέτα, 3 φαγκότα (το τρίτο αλλάζει σε κόντρα φαγκότο), 3 κόρνα, 2 τρομπέτες, 3 τρομπόνια, 2 τούμπες, τιμπάνια και κρουστά (ταμπούρο, τριγωνάκι, κύμβαλα, γκρανκάσα και tam tam)} και η διάρκειά του είναι περίπου 15 λεπτά. Η παρτιτούρα είναι στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του έργου συμβατική, εκτός από το μεσαίο μέρος του έργου όπου μετατρέπεται σε γραφική. Τα κύρια, επαναλαμβανόμενα "συστατικά" ή αλλιώς συνθετικά στοιχεία που χρησιμοποίησα είναι: Κλάστερ (συνήθως δύο οκτάβων), μικροδιαστήματα, έντονες διαφωνίες (συχνά σε διαστήματα 2ας), μία νότα σε ουνίσονο σε όλα τα όργανα, στοιχεία αυτοσχεδιασμού, σειρές (δύο δωδεκάφθογγες και μια εξάφθογγη), τονικές τρίφωνες συγχορδίες και σιωπές (μεγάλες παύσεις). Για ευκολία τόσο της εκτέλεσης όσο και της ανάλυσης, χώρισα σε τμήματα την παρτιτούρα με Λατινικά γράμματα. Το έργο έχει χαλαρή φόρμα (χρησιμοποιώ πολύ την παράταξη μουσικών ιδεών) αλλά χωρίζεται σε 3 ευδιάκριτα μέρη: 1ο μέρος: Τμήματα Α-F, 2ο μέρος: Τμήμα G, 3ο μέρος: Τμήματα Η- τέλος Το πρώτο και τρίτο μέρος χωρίζονται με την σειρά τους σε 3 μέρη. Το μεσαίο (2ο) μέρος χωρίζεται σε 2 μέρη.

The purpose of this study is the observation, comparison and analysis of the different acoustic properties that are present in natural and urban soundscapes. More specifically, the basic aim was to design two different soundscapes – one natural and one urban - in order to compare them, theoretically, according to the theories of R. Murray Schafer and Bernie Krause, but also in practice, with the development of two web based, virtual soundscapes, using the Street View application by Google and the experimental framework The Sounds of Street View by Amplifon.
