Abstract
Development of tourism combined with the express diffusion of technological achievements, led to the imperative need to establish hotel units. At this point, it must be emphasized the meaning of recording the historical context of business, because they are considered to be sources of multiple sectors. In that way, reading about Corfu Palace Hotel, which established in 1954 an it is in action until today, it giving us information about the Greek economy, its politic, culture and finally its social situation. So, business study, as a modern discipline, needs to be elevated, in order to make clear the complicated hotel clade throughout the ages. Search by the prism of managers and also from the workforce that supported these business choices.
