Abstract
Nowadays, Internet is the most popular way to search and to retrieve information. Nevertheless the majority and the diversity of these information is so complex that the users waste a lot of their precious time in order to find the right information they need. An important solution for this problem is the Semantic Web. Semantic Web is a promising way in management and information access. Semantic Web’s main idea is the understanding of the information by the computers themselves via data’s description and the relation among them. The understanding of the data’s meaning by the computers can lead to expendicious searching of information for the first time in such accurate way. This thesis focuses to the ability of the associated data upon the Musical Schools. In particularly it shows what exactly these associated data are, how they are arisen and how they are used nowadays. It analyses some of the available tools for their publication, for their access and their utilization. It records musical instruments’ data in a Musical School and implements applications which draw on information by the data like availability of instruments, capability of parental charge, musical instruments and musical ensembles.
