Abstract
The present thesis consists of the translation of a text which includes special legal terms. During the thesis the study of the source text , its transfer from the source language to the target language, the analysis of the translation commands and the solution of the technical translation problems were carried out. The work was completed with a careful evaluation of the quality of the translation work as a whole. This text, from which the excerpt below has been translated, concerns Law No. 9, Part I, issued in Bonn on 3 March 2021.This law aims to ensure the training of professions in medical technology in a modern and an attractive way and its further development in a future-oriented way. So directly, it concerns the reform of the technical assistance professions in medicine.
