Abstract
In this thesis we are talking about a culture in which for decades now neighbourhoods have been growing, ideologies have been developing and aesthetics have been shaped by a phenomenon that since the 1970s has been transformed from a self-indulgent entertainment into a cultural reordering whose power is growing. On the other hand, we set as an objective of research and reflection the promotion of open spaces. In these spaces we find the complex concept of culture, a concept that is inextricably linked to that of the city.
