Abstract
This work covers the translation and commentary of 4 texts from Greek to English. Each text deals separately with religion, politics and diplomacy, or economics in Middle Eastern countries. Regarding the commentary, the texts are analyzed and compared, while finally the translation problems and their solution are presented.
