Abstract
The present dissertation refers to the theoretical and practical elaboration of a short film which draws its subject and plot from a short social story. The action of the heroes is explained and described by a narrator through a recorded narrative. The narrator who is none other than the central heroine is a functional component of the film. The heroine tells her own story through the eyes of her childhood. With the use of the narrator it is achieved within a short period of ten minutes, the viewer to understand the story. In addition, the narrator is an essential parameter and a useful tool for shaping the aesthetics of the film.
