Abstract
The following dissertation aims to research an educational application of an interartistic approach focusing on raising awareness of students in grade five, elementary school on the issue of visible diversity using cooperative group work to write lyrics and compose music of a song. In the first part of the dissertation the theoretical research on which the educational application is based with an aim to elaborate on it is presented. Specifically the visible and non-visible diversity is defined and analyzed. The expression of diversity in a school environment, the role of the arts and interartistic approach in the educational frame and the importance of cultivating creativity of students in education are all examined. In the second part of the dissertation the reason why the specific education application was chosen as well as the way in which it was implemented are analyzed. Finally, certain reflective thoughts which emerged at the end of the application, are presented.
