Abstract
The work initially addresses the various problems that arise during the integration of Electronic Governance services, not only domestically but also globally, including issues related to E-Readiness, economic status, and the lack of a clear integration plan for services appearing repeatedly. Subsequently, a model is created that presents the influencing factors of Electronic Governance service adoption, and through statistical analysis conducted on data collected through questionnaires, it leads to the presentation of final results and the confirmation or rejection of the hypotheses stated. Specifically, it was observed that the most influential factor in the continuous intention to use Electronic Governance services is user satisfaction with the provided services.
