Abstract
The present thesis was written and prepared in the context of completing the Degree Program of the Department of Foreign Languages Translation and Interpreting, specialized in Translation. Its subject is the creation of a functional and semantically equivalent translation of a text personally chosen by the writer, from a source language (English) to a target language (Greek). Below we present the translation as well as its commentary, divided into two main pillars, theoretical and practical, where we will analyze the translation theories used, the problems encountered and the strategies followed throughout.
