Abstract
Risk management is an integral part of the daily operations of the aircraft. What constitutes an aircraft hazard? Variables that prevent it from working properly. Such could be weather conditions that have the potential to delay or even cancel the scheduled flight of the aircraft, heavy traffic at the airport combined with insufficient staff, negligence in the maintenance and regular checks of the aircraft, are some of the characteristics that contribute to the increase of the operational risk. On the occasion of the following risk, the mission of the research is to identify the main factors that aggravate the operational risk and to assess and find the possible effects that they can bring in case of inefficient management.
