Abstract
The recent study aims to create a guide for people on the autism spectrum for the Archaeological Museum of Patras based on research of similar guides both in Greece and abroad. At the same time, the historical path of the term ontology is covered in order to understand and scientifically support the creation of an original ontology of guides for cultural sites. This project is an attempt to make museums and archaeological sites accessible for autistic people, while it provides an introduction and implications to a new knowledge field through the beneficial use of ontologies.
