Abstract
This work is the sealing of my translation studies in the Foreign Language Translation and Interpretation of the Ionian University, an integrated project to highlight the translation qualities and knowledge acquired throughout my undergraduate course. I sought to deal with a sector with particular interest but also with challenges in its path and this because it is characterised by an impressive tradition. The reason is for the literary translation sector, which must remain faithful to the original text while presenting a living and equivalent to the original translation.
So the structure of work includes the first part with a brief summary of the novel, its characteristics (style, language, techniques). Subsequently, in the second part, the original text and its translation as well as the third party follow the analysis of the translation mandate, comments and translation difficulties.
