Abstract
The report in question refers to the realization of a three-month internship in the company ATLAS E.P. The company was chosen due to its innovation regarding accessibility services in Greece, in an effort to be acquainted with this special field. The internship itself was chosen as an institution in order to act as a more gradual transition from the academic to the professional aspect of translation in general. The company will be presented, as well as the student’s participation in the productive process and the field she came into contact with. Following that, there will be an overview of the challenges of any kind, such as the translation difficulties, and the ways they were dealt with. The present essay will conclude with an overview and critical assessment of the participants and of the experience in its whole.
