Abstract
The present BA dissertation consists of the translation from English into Greek of an extract from an article entitled "The Current Challenges for EU Company and Financial Law and Regulation" by Alexia Autenne, Yuri Biondi, Georges Cavalier, Andra Cotiga-Raccah, Peter Doralt, Colin Haslam, Hana Horak, Corrado Malberti, Denis Philippe, Konstantinos Sergakis and Jessica Schmidt and published in the Journal "Accounting, Economics, and Law: a convivium". The translation is accompanied by a commentary on the translation process and the main challenges encountered.
First, the original text is presented followed by the translation into Greek. A textual analysis and a commentary of the translation problems that emerged supplement the translation. Finally, a conclusion, a glossary, and a list of references complete the dissertation.
