Abstract
This dissertation aims to subtitle the short film "A young helpline operator takes her first call and gets more than she expected | Call Connect" from English to Greek. The chosen film addresses a crucial issue, that of mental health. The focus of the present paper is on the translation process and the challenges it entails, including cultural context, time restrictions, and it also presents strategies for overcoming such difficulties.
