Abstract
The purpose of this dissertation is to design and implement an online application for two-way communication between citizens and the municipality on cleaning services. It is a web application that combines advanced features such as google maps. There are several similar applications on the internet that are very popular with the general public. This application differs from existing applications because it combines three new options. The options: the bin report, the report of neglected garbage and the request to add a bin on a specially designed google map. Citizens will work with the cleaning department to achieve the best results in their city. If this is achieved to a large extent, the result will be many cities cleaner.
