Abstract
In an attempt to interpret and draw conclusions about the history of the human species, it was necessary to define a science that would reflect the ideals of its existence. This science would not only explain how man originated, but he would thoroughly analyze the values he will follow to live. It was called philosophy (friend + wisdom) and includes all the beliefs that determine the attitude and action of a person or a whole. This work is based on philosophy because a code of ethics will be analyzed in libraries. This diploma will be divided into 6 chapters: the first includes the introduction. The second concerns the methodology of the development of printed libraries with the most important libraries from antiquity to the present day. The third concerns the observance and sequence of the fundamental rights of a library and explains why they are followed. The fourth includes the systematic evolution of hybrid libraries and the role of the information scientist within it. The fifth deals with the behavior of the information scientist in a digital library and explains the operating system and its significance. This kind of work will be the prestige that will accompany each librarian's energy and hope that it will actually be adopted by members of librarians, EWEPP, federal associations in the field of librarianship, and finally by any information scientist.
