Abstract
The jazz idiom in Greece in the decade of 1931-1941 via the greek newspapers. The newspapers that are being used are Akropolis, H Bradynh, Makedonia, etc. The chapters with the items from the newspapers are: revue, revue-operetta, operetta, varieté, cinematography, radio, discography, jazz in dances, news, concerts, literature, music critic, pictures. The most of the chapters have percentages that are being elicited from this method. For example if we have two items for the chapter of cinematography that are being connected with the jazz idiom then we do the division between the the days of the year and the number of the items.
