Abstract
In the following placement report I will discuss my experience as an intern at the translation company ORCO S.A. I will provide a description of the company itself, as well as the internship process, the challenges and skills that resulted from it. The multidimensional nature of this company’s services is reflected in the schedule followed during my internship, which aimed at familiarisation of the interns with a variety of specialisations and translation projects. In each individual segment I will make some general comments, but also comments per specialisation, since every field presented different kinds of projects and challenges, accordingly. Finally, taking into account both the pros and cons of the internship as a whole, I would like to offer some ideas regarding the betterment of the process to the company as well as the MA.
