Abstract
The chapters that will follow aim to provide a comprehensive picture of the subject matter of this thesis, the basic principles and concepts that were necessary for its implementation, but also elementary information on the subject, that is, on the courts of Greece and in particular for the Court of Appeal of Corfu. In addition, we will deal with the archives of the state, archival material, archiving and we will see how all this is connected with the title of the degree, which is the archiving of criminal decisions. Finally, we will record a table of criminal decisions-cases in order to understand the theory in practice.
