Abstract
This dissertation is a translation of an extract from the book "International Business Law and Its Environment", focusing on the contract for the international sale of goods. Special emphasis is placed on linguistic features of the text to be translated, emphasizes translation strategies at the levels of vocabulary, pragmatics and text equivalence. Finally, during the translation process, the importance of analyzing the textual type of the original text for the correct choice of translation strategies is highlighted.
