Abstract
In the context of my thesis i chose to transalte the text" EU in the face of migrant crisi . Reasons for ineffective human rights protection" and afterwards comment on my transaltion choices. In summary, the text refers to the human rights violation of the asym seekers incured by the Member States and by the EU in total. Unquestionably, the presence of comprehensive policy could contribute to the violations mitigation , however, political divisions between states and the inability to find a common solution make the EU unable to manage the migration crisis. As far as the text is consert, it presents a number of translation problems and undoubtedly requires familiarity with legal terminology and individual terms and conventions.In general, the main translation problems that I was asked to face and that are presented extensively in the commentary were those of terminology, stylistics and text-ideomorphism.
At the same time, in my attempt to present the best possible result, I consulted a number of parallel texts and dictionaries. While I would also like to refer to an objective difficulty that arose and admittedly made it difficult to prepare the work.
