Abstract
The present work is implemented in the framework of the postgraduate program "Digital Applications and Innovation" of the Department of Informatics of the Ionian University. The aim of the work is to record the views of adult students of secondary education of grades B 'and C' of the Evening EPAL Corfu for online learning.
The evening EPALs are addressed to minors and adult students who, having completed their compulsory education, wish to complete the Secondary education. At the end of their studies, in addition to the diploma, they also receive a specialty degree.
Online learning is the method of teaching through electronic means in either modern or asynchronous online form. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the educational community must in a short period of time be trained in distance education and adapt to the new data of the current situation.
This research was conducted during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic and aims to present the views of the students of the evening EPAL Corfu for online learning. Through a sample of 10 students, 5 men and 5 women of different age groups, professions, educational levels were asked to voluntarily answer a questionnaire of 14 development questions on issues related to distance education.
The students' answers were processed in the NVivo program for text analysis, the results of which provided a complete picture of their views on online learning.
