Abstract
The aim is to present the editor's profession and his contribution to an audiovisual project. Methods of dealing with audiovisual material intended for television, cinema and advertising are compared. Theories about the rhythm and the cuts are examined, and then the realization of the documentary in its pre-production and its post-production.
