Abstract
The cruise industry nowadays is an industry that attracts thousands of tourists. Tourists however today have become independent and are seeking for details on their trips with the help of the Web 2.0. In this research, management reputation and anti-money laundering and terrorist financing compliance as sustainability factors in the tourism industry are examined in detail, which are highly based on the comments of reviewers on the Internet that an interested in cruising person, takes under consideration. For the needs of this dissertation, tourism is examined in detail together with the reputation parameters including economic crime and the researcher presents a detailed analysis on the tourism changes and reputation needs of the specific industry. The researcher concludes that the cruise industry is highly dependent on the reputation of Web 2.0 and the social media, however one should not leave aside the traditional channels.
