Abstract
Through the historical background we observe the progress that has happened in the field of quantum computing and in particular the leaps and bounds of evolution that are taking place in this field over the last decade. With the help of game theory, the possibilities of quantum strategies are presented compared to the classic ones. In addition, with the help of "IBM" tools, programs were implemented on real quantum computers. Also, the step-by-step procedures for easy and smooth use of tools and how to use them have been extensively presented.
