Abstract
The purpose of this study is to contribute in some way to the enlightenment of the business context in the prefecture of Corfu, highlighting existing leadership tactics in intercultural contexts and laying the foundation for further future research.
As a methodology it uses Quality Research. The findings presented provide a number of information and highlight a number of issues related to the exercise of effective intercultural leadership. Finally, proposals are presented aimed at strengthening the leading intercultural capacity of enterprises.
The importance of this study lies in the fact that it is an initial attempt to study the current leadership and intercultural situation in this context since, to this day, there has been no other study with the same or even a similar context. It is therefore a springboard for scholars or company executives who wish to explore tourism business leadership within the specific intercultural context in the prefecture of Corfu.
