Abstract
This thesis is a translation from Greek into English and French of articles 52-59 of Law 4548/2018 on the Société Anonyme (S.A.), together with a detailed commentary on the translation process. It consists of the English translation, the French translation and a trilingual display of the original text and the two translations, as well as a commentary with examples of the difficulties and peculiarities of the translation process, a glossary of terms found in the text and the literature used in the research of strategies to address the challenges. It is an analysis of the legal discourse of the Greek, English and French languages, through the explanation in each language of a Greek law referring to the Greek reality.
