Abstract
Within the framework of the BA dissertation entitled as “Terminology documentation work in the field of Culture carried out in collaboration with the Terminology Coordination Unit of the European Parliament’s Directorate General for Translation”, research was conducted for the translation of twenty-five English terms in Greek, definitions and context were privided for all terms in both languages after extensive research in reliable sources. The terms included in the project belong to the field of culture and specifically to the sub-field “House of European History”. The main purpose of this project has been the enrichment of the Interactive Terminology for Europe (IATE) in this field, through the research –mainly– in databases of the European Union.
