Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis is a text of legal content and refers to the legal framework concerning migrants and refugees. The content of the text has an informational purpose. Its main objective is to inform the reader through the presentation of the rights of refugees and migrants, the difference between the migrant and the refugee, the principles that hold them, the conventions and the situation that prevails in different continents.
Also, the theme of the bachelor’s thesis will be presenting through an introduction. It will be followed by the translation and next the original text. Then, it will be continued with the commentary, which will be described the translational order, it will be analyzed the source text, the translation problems and general difficulties faced during the translation. Finally, there will be an epilogue with a summary of the results, the bibliography that used and the annexes.
