Abstract
In the era of digital transformation, web accessibility and the digital presence of businesses are crucial for their market success. This capstone project represents a serious effort to research and analyze these fields in five agritourism sites across various regions of Greece. Through a questionnaire specifically related to these areas, significant data are provided that highlight critical aspects of the current inefficiencies and potential improvements for these websites. Additionally, the second chapter proposes some modern enhancements in the same areas, such as geolocated translation and the use of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) for the Wordpress platform, aimed at automating content adaptation according to the visitor's geographical location and enhancing the online experience. Overall, this project seeks to contribute to the understanding and application of digital technologies in agritourism, enhancing accessibility and communication with web users.
