Cette mémoire est un travail de recherche dans le cadre duquel a été créé un glossaire de termes de droit fiscal. L'objectif est d'enrichir la base de données terminologique de l'Union européenne IATE (Terminologie Ιnteractive pour l'Europe). Le glossaire est basé sur la terminologie du Code général des impôts de l'Etat français. Initialement, cette mémoire contient une première partie qui comprend vingt feuilles d'enregistrement des termes et une deuxième partie qui comprend le commentaire de la mémoire. Quant à la deuxième partie, elle contient une préface, des remerciements et la partie principale. Dans cette partie j’étudie la méthodologie que j'ai suivie pour la préparation de la mémoire, les problèmes que j'ai rencontrés et la contribution de l'indexation au processus de traduction.

This study presents the adoption, from the members of the translation community, of the techniques, terms, and vocabulary that serve the existence of inclusive language kinds in the translations produced. In brief, binary reference techniques and terms, neutral reference terms, and disability reference vocabulary are presented to highlight the use of non-sexist binary, gender-neutral and disability-inclusive language. In fact, the identification of the integration or not of the inclusive language kinds in the translation products is carried out by exploiting parallel corpora, which include texts of different text genres, in order to observe the management of inclusive language in the various text genres [ranging from the most standardized (notices of vacancy, regulatory texts) to the most creative (WEB texts, audiovisual texts, literary texts)]. In particular, the process of deriving conclusions per text genre is implemented simultaneously for all three working languages (el-en-fr), given the trilingual nature of the created parallel corpora. Finally, the results coming from the corpus management and text analysis software Sketch Engine are studied separately in three axes, which concern the frequency of use, word patterns, and fixed expressions, as well as communicative circumstances and conceptual networks, of inclusive language kinds.

This thesis seeks to examine the relationship between the French language of humour and its representation in social media. The work is divided into three main parts: the original texts and their translations, the textual analysis and translation commands, and the conclusions. It is hoped that this will help to highlight the impact of the French language of humour in shaping contemporary culture and society.
